Babysitting Course

This course is intended for participants ages 11 and up (or completed grade 5). For more young adolescents, babysitting is their first job. Our course will help them gain the skills and confidence they need to become a “pro” babysitter. Our courses are conducted in a fun and friendly atmosphere with instructor led training to help your child learn:

• Leadership skills
• Childhood developmental stages
• Creating fun games and activities
• Creating a safe environment for play

In case of an emergency, your child will learn how to:

• Reduce the risk of infection
• Use a first aid kit
• Assess and help with
• Choking situations
• Assess and help with breathing emergencies (i.e. Asthma and Anaphylaxis)
• Treat for wounds and burns
• And much more.

This course will also include a take home Babysitting Manual
